What is a 3 Side Seal?

3 Side Seal packaging is a perfect solution to single use flat bag sachet type packaging thanks to its convenient easy-to-open tear notches.

What is a Liquid Sachet?

A Liquid Sachet shares the same characteristics of a 3 Side Seal bag, it’s a perfect for single use packaging. 

The sachets are sealed at the top and both sides and remains open at the bottom for content loading without interfering with the precisely sealed top header with convenient tear open notches.  Simply insert your contents and heat seal securely for an airtight closure providing a secure and tamper evident environment.

Lightweight packaging is often favoured for its reduced environmental impacts compared to rigid packaging such as plastic bottles and tubes allowing them to be easily transported whilst lowering carbon footprints resulting in lower shipment costs.  They store flat which benefits customers with limited storage facilities or otherwise allows for greater production levels.

What’s available in the range?

Printed 3 Side Seal Bags are available in 3 designs: green, blue and yellow dot designs with a matt finish.  The yellow range has four sizes, the blue has four and the green has one.

Liquid Sachets are available in white sachet with a grey lined design to both sides and a pink sachet with a pink and white lined design on both sides, both finished in shiny gloss.  These are available in 3 sizes 50mm x 110mm, 75mm x 130mm and 60mm x 120mm.
