Spout Pouches

Spout pouches with a resealable screw cap are a popular choice for products that need to be poured or easily squeezed due to their durability and flexibility, to ensure that all the contents are extracted avoiding waste, such as liquid based contents like juice drinks, shakes, soup, stock or thicker consistency contents such as gels, creams or purées.

Spout pouches derive from the Stand up pouch family and also include a convenient expanding gusset to allow for the pouch to stand up independently, great for presenting and promoting.

The rigid spouts range from is 8.6mm, 15mm and 22mm in diameter across the range of Spout Pouches and wide enough for optimum filling with funnels or spout filling equipment.

Our Spout pouches are constructed with food grade materials and provide an excellent barrier to protect your contents from moisture, oxygen and odours.

Spout pouches are often favoured for their reduced environmental impacts due to their lightweight composition compared to jars, bottles and tins for example.  This allows them to be easily transportable, whilst lowering carbon footprints resulting in lower shipments costs.  They store flat which benefits customers with limited storage facilities and allows for greater production levels, which in turn, increases sales.

Larger spout pouches are complete with a convenient Polypropylene (PP) white handle with finger grooves to make it easier and more comfortable to carry your filled pouch on-the-go, ideal for picnics and parties!
