Below you'll find the print-ready die line templates for our full range of stand-up pouches. A die line is the technical outline of the pouch — it shows the exact trim size and seal areas — so your artwork lines up perfectly with the finished, filled pouch.
Find your pouch size in the table below and download the template in your preferred format. Please design your artwork on top of the supplied die line and keep all important text and logos clear of the trim and seal edges.
These are our standard pouch sizes. If you prefer a different size or a different placement, you're welcome to create your own die line or design — there is no restriction on custom printing designs.

Which file format should I use?
Each size is available in three formats. Choose the one that suits how you'll be working with the template:
- Ai Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- This is the working file for your designer. It's a fully editable, layered vector template that scales to any size without losing quality. Build your artwork directly onto the die line layer, keeping your key content clear of the trim and seal edges, then supply it back to us print-ready. Requires Adobe Illustrator (or compatible vector software) to open.
- PDF Portable Document (.pdf)
- A true-to-scale vector template that opens on almost any device or design package. Ideal if you don't use Illustrator but still want an accurate, print-quality outline to design against or to check exact dimensions. The die line stays sharp at any zoom level.
- JPG Image file (.jpg)
- This is a flat preview image of the die line. It opens on any device with no special software, so it's ideal for quickly checking the shape, proportions and layout of a pouch, or for sharing a reference with colleagues. It is not intended for final artwork — please design on the Illustrator (.ai) or PDF (.pdf) file for print.
