Rightpak supplies flexible packaging such as stand-up pouches for contract packers, co-packers, contract manufacturers, private-label producers, packaging agencies and brand-development businesses sourcing pouches for their own customers.
Choose ready-made pouch packaging for fast-moving, short-run or multi-client requirements, or create custom printed bags and pouches for branded retail, ecommerce, wholesale, farm-shop, artisan-market and private-label ranges.
From snacks, food products and supplements to pet products, beauty refills, powders, granules, samples and specialist products, we can help you explore suitable pouch formats, closures, sizes and material directions for individual projects and repeat supply.
Flexible pouches provide a practical packaging route for businesses managing multiple product types, clients and routes to market. They are supplied flat for efficient storage, can be selected in a range of formats and finishes, and can move from ready-made stock pouches to a custom printed specification as a client’s range develops.
Selected formats can include resealable zips, tear notches, clear windows, round hanging holes, Euro slots, spouts, handles and other features to suit the product and point-of-sale environment.

Rightpak’s ready-made pouch range can be useful for short runs, urgent requirements, samples, product trials, pilot launches, seasonal work and client projects where stock availability or lower upfront spend is the priority. For defined branded launches, custom printed packaging can also be considered from 1,000 pouches for suitable projects, subject to format, specification, artwork, timing and budget.
Choose from stand-up pouches with or without windows, including clear-front options that help showcase suitable contents. You can also explore flat-bottom bags, side-gusset bags, spouted pouches and smaller formats such as 3-side-seal pouches.

Check pouch size and product fit
Pouch capacity varies by product density, particle size, shape, viscosity, fill volume and required headspace. A pouch that holds a stated weight of fine powder may not hold the same weight or volume of capsules, snacks, pellets, granules, creams, gels or liquid products.
For guidance on pouch size, see our size chart, which uses examples including pick-and-mix sweets, protein powder and sugar or salt. Use this as a starting point, then order samples and test with your own product before placing a larger order.
Custom printed packaging is not limited to large-volume projects. With suitable digital-print options available from 1,000 pouches, it can be a practical route for client launches, branded pilots, seasonal lines, promotional work and small private-label ranges where the product, artwork, budget and expected demand are sufficiently defined.
Custom printed packaging is the right route when a client requires their own branding, ingredients or composition information, directions, warnings, barcode, batch or lot-code area, legal artwork, a specific closure or fitment, or a distinctive retail finish.
Rightpak supports agencies, contract packers and private-label businesses from early-stage custom runs through to larger repeat production. Start with ready-made stock packaging where suitable, then move to custom print when the client needs an approved and repeatable pouch specification.
Rightpak offers mono-material PE and PP pouch options for suitable applications, designed for recycling. The appropriate structure depends on each client product’s protection and compatibility requirements, pouch format, closure or spout configuration, filling process and the recycling facilities available where the finished pack is sold.
A recyclable-design pouch must still deliver the required product performance and meet the needs of the final application. Any recycling claim should be assessed against the full pack specification, including closures, spouts, inks, adhesives, labels and any other components.
Rightpak can support project-based and repeat flexible-packaging requirements across multiple brands and product categories. Whether you are sourcing packaging for a customer launch, managing an existing client account or coordinating a private-label range, we offer a practical route from ready-made stock to custom printed packaging.
Built for multi-client projects and repeat supply
Contract packers and agencies need packaging that works beyond an initial concept. A client project may require samples for approval, stock packaging for an immediate launch, a branded printed pouch for the next production run, or a repeatable specification that can be reordered without re-starting the selection process.
Yes. Rightpak can supply ready-made and custom printed flexible packaging across a range of pouch formats for different projects. Each client product, pouch format, artwork, quantity and specification should be considered separately.
Ready-made pouches can be a practical option for short runs, samples, urgent requirements, trials and projects where speed or low upfront spend is the priority.
Custom printed packaging may also be suitable for short runs. With custom print available from 1,000 pouches for suitable projects, branded packaging can be considered for launches, pilot products, seasonal ranges and client presentations where the budget, marketing spend and expected demand support a printed pack.
Yes. Custom printed pouches can be used for private-label products where the client requires branding, product information, barcodes, batch or lot-code areas and repeatable artwork. Provide the required pouch format, quantity per SKU, target date and artwork status to begin the discussion.
Yes. Labels or stickers can be applied to many ready-made pouches for client trials, small runs, product samples and early launches.
Flexible pouches are supplied flat, so they can take up less storage and transport space before filling than many pre-formed rigid packaging formats. Once filled, they may also be more compact and lighter than some rigid alternatives, which can support more efficient warehouse storage and ecommerce parcel fulfilment depending on the product, pack and delivery method.
Mono-material PE and PP pouch options may be available for suitable applications. The final structure and any recycling claim must be assessed against the product requirements, pouch components, closure or spout configuration and relevant recycling route.
Yes. If your client needs help comparing pouch formats, sizes, closures or finishes, you can order samples from Rightpak for them to review.
Samples can help your client assess pouch dimensions, fill weight or volume, product fit, closure, shelf presentation, hanging-display options and compatibility with their filling and sealing process. They can also help a client decide whether a ready-made pouch with labels is appropriate, or whether a custom printed pouch would better support the launch.
