Information you give Us.

• You may give Us information about you by filling in forms on Our sites or by corresponding with Us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. • Analytics and search engine providers that assist Us in the improvement and optimisation of Our sites.
• In the event that We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
• If Rightpak Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal information held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

Where We store your personal information

The data that We collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and the provision of support services. When these transfers are needed, they will be done in full compliance of the Regulation.

All your personal information will be afforded a high level of protection wherever it is processed and no matter whether it is held by Us, or Our contractors or agents.

All information you provide to Us is stored under Our control. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of Our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Retaining your Data

The period for which We will retain your data is dependent upon any statutory retention periods We are required to adhere to as a regulated organisation. After the expiration of that period, personal data shall be securely deleted, as long as it is no longer required for the fulfillment of any contract, initiation of a contract or in relation to other legal proceedings.
